Every Deerly Loved piece is designed and handmade by us in Lebanon. Our designs are original works, registered and protected.

What is protected

All clothing and accessory designs created by Deerly Loved, including their cuts, patterns, embroidery, prints, details and finishes, are the original creations and exclusive intellectual property of Deerly Loved. The same applies to our product photographs, illustrations, logo, brand name and the text on this website and on our social media accounts.

Our designs are registered with the Ministry of Economy and Trade of the Republic of Lebanon and are protected by Lebanese intellectual property law and by the international agreements Lebanon is party to. All rights reserved.

What is not allowed

Without our prior written permission, you may not:

• copy, reproduce, manufacture, sell or distribute our designs or close imitations of them;
• use our photographs, illustrations, logo or text, including on social media, online marketplaces or in advertising;
• present a copy of our work as an original or as a Deerly Loved product.

Buying a Deerly Loved item gives you ownership of that item only. It does not give any right to reproduce its design.

Any attempt to copy or imitate our designs may lead to legal action under Lebanese law.

Sharing is welcome

You are very welcome to share photos of your own Deerly Loved pieces and to repost our posts with credit to Deerly Loved. Thank you for supporting handmade work.
